Tell us a bit about VF Corporation and your sustainability work

Why did you decide to start using Quizrr? 

We rely on data to drive much of our sustainability and responsibility work, helping us to better understand risks throughout our supply chain, monitor the success of programs, and identify actions we can take that truly benefit workers and communities supporting our global supply chain. 

Quizrr provides a key collaboration tool connecting VF with our supplier partners. The data collected through Quizrr informs our strategies for respecting migrant worker rights, respecting freedom of association, preventing sexual harassment, and measuring our impacts. More specifically, Quizrr enables a direct voice for workers, a central tenant of monitoring human rights performance across the supply chain.

What impact have you seen so far? 

VF’s Your Voice Matters programme engages over 8,000 migrant workers to provide education regarding worker rights during their journey from home to destination country and during their employment. As a testament to the programme’s success, several participating factories have renewed their training license for the programme, enabling participating factories to continue to offer training to migrant workforces.
