This joint initiative aims to raise awareness among the growing number of workers in the e-commerce last-mile sector through innovative digital training and data-driven follow-up. As the sector expands rapidly, ensuring proper working conditions, skills development, and sustainability standards is more important than ever.
The initiative, a joint effort between Airmee and Quizrr, aims to strengthen knowledge around working conditions, responsibilities, and sustainability among drivers and transport providers in Sweden’s last-mile delivery industry. In May 2025, a digital pilot program will launch, training up to 100 drivers across five transport companies on their rights, responsibilities, and how they can contribute to a safer, more sustainable work environment.
"With this initiative, we’re raising the bar for the industry and aiming to inspire others to do the same. Through Quizrr’s digital platform, we can reach widely, build knowledge where it's needed most, and track real-time impact,"
Elin Morales Härén
CEO, Airmee
Quizrr, a global platform for digital training on human rights, working conditions, and corporate responsibility, has already trained over 850,000 workers in global value chains. The training modules for this initiative will cover areas such as labor rights, non-discrimination, working hours, safety, and environmental responsibility—adapted to Swedish legislation and the realities of the transport sector.
“It’s crucial that those working at the very end of the supply chain—often employed through subcontractors—are included in companies’ sustainability efforts. We want to ensure everyone in this growing industry has the right knowledge to work under fair and safe conditions,”
Erika Wennerström
CEO, Quizrr
The goal is to scale across the Nordics—and then internationally—starting with the 50+ markets where Quizrr already operates. In the next phase, Airmee and Quizrr aim to involve more stakeholders such as taxi companies, gig platforms, and e-retailers to ensure the full range of employment models in the sector is covered. After summer 2025, Airmee and Quizrr will invite industry actors to roundtable discussions to share pilot learnings, explore solutions to common challenges, and expand the initiative across the entire sector.
