About the Program
Representation, Engagement and Dialogue training
The Representation, Engagement & Dialogue training equips workers, employers, and union leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to foster a fair and balanced workplace environment. With a focus on constructive dialogue, the program promotes the understanding of rights and responsibilities under local laws. Available in Cambodia, Mexico, and Bangladesh, the program is carefully adapted to the laws, regulations, and market maturity levels of each country on freedom of association and collective bargaining.
