About the Program
Worker Engagement training
Actively disengaged or non-engaged employees are less inclined to feel committed to their tasks and loyal to their workplace or team. This lack of engagement not only negatively impacts productivity and quality but can also contribute to a higher turnover rate among workers in the factory. According to the 2017 Gallup Report:
- Only 15% of workers globally feel engaged in the workplace.
- In Asia, as little as 6% state that they are engaged
- An engaged workforce is key to mitigate risks
