Wage Management training
As organizations realize the need for and importance of worker engagement and compliance to international standards, they also understand the value of a fair and motivating work environment. As a service provider to H&M, Quizrr developed an easy-to-use and scalable tool:
- Wage Management training was implemented to 120 H&M factories in China simultaneously
- A result of the training was a wage increase by 6%
- As a result, an increase of efficiency was noted by 3.8%

The Wage Management training program introduces comprehensive wage management systems, employment benefits, regulations regarding overtime, and highlights career opportunities, all aimed at fostering a stable and highly motivated workforce.
