Why Life Skills in the Workplace?
In many industries, workers—particularly women—face barriers that limit their opportunities for personal and professional growth. Limited financial literacy, lack of confidence in workplace rights, and minimal access to leadership roles create challenges that extend beyond the workplace. With women making up a significant portion of the workforce in global supply chains, empowering them with essential life skills is critical.
