STOCKHOLM – Quizrr, a leading EdTech provider of human and labor rights training, is partnering with international non-profit the Rainforest Alliance. Together, they will develop and pilot training modules for farmers and workers on Rainforest Alliance certified tea farms in India and coffee farms in Mexico. The modules aim to address human rights risks in alignment with the OECD-FAO Guidance for Responsible Agricultural Supply Chains, thereby promoting more ethical practices within the agricultural sector.
This partnership marks the first effort to embed Quizrr´s worker-level training at scale into sustainability systems within the agricultural sector. Farmers and workers will provide direct inputs for the development of the training material, while farmers will be trained on how to use training data to inform human rights due diligence systems. During piloting, the two organizations aim to reach between 3,000 – 7,000 workers in India and Mexico, with the long-term goal of benefiting more farmers and workers associated with Rainforest Alliance -certified farms. Furthermore, the materials will be made freely available to wider ISEAL community, enhancing their accessibility and impact.
It is critical for sustainability systems to find innovative and scalable ways to support farmers and workers to actively engage, understand, and exercise their rights and responsibilities within wider supply chains.

Equally important is having training data and insights from rights holders so that certification holders and sustainability systems like the Rainforest Alliance’s can use them to shape and monitor the effectiveness of due diligence systems"
Santiago Machado
Director Mexico at the Rainforest Alliance
We are thrilled to announce our partnership with the Rainforest Alliance, leveraging our combined strengths to disseminate crucial knowledge to farmers and workers, to enhance the human rights due diligence capabilities of producers. Quizrr’s platform will provide access to vital information in the agricultural sector, empowering stakeholders at scale - to make well-informed decisions and contribute to more sustainable practices.
