Introducing Quizrr Talks HRDD
As a small-to-medium-sized (SME) raw material supplier in Thailand producing natural rubber latex for manufacturers and global brands further down our supply chain, our team at TATWIN had the opportunity to participate in the Quizrr Talks training program.

This training aimed to strengthen our knowledge and skills in implementing Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD). Although we have been implementing HRDD practices in partnership with our customers for many years, we approached the Quizrr Talks training with the expectation that it might simply repeat past training content, as we believed we already had a solid working knowledge of HRDD. We were proven wrong. Quizrr Talks takes a unique approach, assessing users' knowledge both before and after the guidance videos.
The six steps of the OECD framework come to life through real practitioners from a range of businesses and organizations who share their experiences, successes, and challenges in mobilizing HRDD policies, actions, and processes.

Their insights provide valuable perspectives on the complexities of business and human rights, complementing the practical steps provided in each module.
Quizrr’s content is meticulously researched and thoughtfully crafted, anticipating many of the practical questions we face as a supplier. They effectively address these questions while pointing to important resources like the ILO and the American Bar Association for further reading, model templates, and highlighting key regulations, such as the CSDDD and CSRD, that we should be aware of.
As part of TATWIN's management team, I came away from the training better informed and equipped with a clearer plan to shape and enhance our implementation strategy for ethical business practices.
